Our additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file. Our 3D scanning analyses a real-world object or environment to collect data on its shape and appearance (e.g. colour). The collected data can then be used to create 3D mesh files working up to construct digital three-dimensional models. We can scan wide ranges of bodies from table top items, to aircraft.

We use Finite element analysis (FEA) for predicting how a product reacts to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow, and other physical effects. Finite element analysis shows whether a product will break, wear out, or work the way it was designed.
In addition, we use MATLAB technical computing. MATLAB integrates computation, visualization, and programming in an easy-to-use environment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar mathematical notation.
